1. Services

Prism Detailing Co. ("Prism," "we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Services are provided by appointment only.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website are requests, not confirmed appointments. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a call or text confirmation from a Prism team member. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring vehicle access at the agreed service location at the agreed time.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Add-ons and upcharges for condition-based work (heavy pet hair, extreme soiling, biohazard situations) may be assessed on-site before work begins. We will always communicate any additional charges before proceeding.

4. Launch Special & Promotions

The $50 launch discount is available to first-time clients only on the Full Detail (Interior + Exterior) package. The discount is applied in person at the time of service. The free interior protectant and free 3-month ceramic sealant are included with the full detail for first-time clients during the promotional period. Promotions cannot be combined and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before appointment) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to $35. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.

6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive areas on your vehicle prior to service. Prism Detailing Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, faded trim, cracked dashboards, torn upholstery, or mechanical issues. We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles in conditions that could put our team or equipment at risk.

7. Liability

Prism Detailing Co. carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team during service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review claims in good faith. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work 100%. If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion at (956) 382-4057 or proshinedetailingco@gmail.com and we will make it right. Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our team.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request. For recurring plan clients, payment terms will be agreed upon at time of plan enrollment.

10. Recurring Plans

Recurring plan members receive discounted rates in exchange for a minimum of 3 completed service visits. If you cancel before completing 3 services, the difference between your discounted rate and the standard one-time rate will be charged for services already received. Plans have no long-term contracts beyond this 3-service minimum. Cancel anytime after completing 3 services with no penalty.

11. Photography & Content

By booking a service, you grant Prism Detailing Co. permission to photograph or video your vehicle (exterior and interior) for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media. We will never include personally identifiable information in any content without your explicit consent. If you prefer we do not photograph your vehicle, please let us know before service begins.

12. Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email, and service address solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you about your appointments. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. By submitting your information through our booking form, you consent to being contacted by Prism Detailing Co. via phone, text, or email regarding your booking.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
